Documentation for World Wide Web project

Short protocol overview:

• Prepare samples as described in protocol.txt.
• Calibrate instrument using the procedure in the calibration section.
• Run measurements and store raw logs in data/.
• Process logs with scripts/process_data.py (or equivalent).
